Board Certification Rules and Policy

1.   Take Basic Essential Techniques course @ $495 and pass the Basics test or test out for $150 of which $50 is paid to the independent examiner and $100 is applied to any Essentials course within the next year if you fail the test.

2.   Upon passing the Basics test you are a candidate for 6 months during which time you must complete and submit 3 case histories (Names and identifying details blocked out), and submit 3 letters of peer recommendation. (Hypnotists certified by nationally recognized organizations will suffice.) If these requirements are not met, you are dropped from the candidate list and must be re-tested and pay the testing fee.

3.   When Board Certified your name will be listed in larger purple bold type indicating you are Foundation Board Certified.

4.   You will receive a Board Certified certificate suitable for framing, a Board Certified pin, and a full year’s listing as Board Certified free for one year. After the first year the listing fee is $75. Upon non-payment of the fee your listing will be reduced to the standard listing in smaller type size and the purple color changed back to its original color.

5.   Board Certified members may use the Lifetime logos on their website as allowed by the Lifetime network.
